The Loch Doon Assocation (LDA)
The LDA was formed in 2022 with the aim of working with all who want to create the best possible environment for both visitors and residents. The LDA is a GSABiosphere supporter(logo). The LDA is affiliated to the East Ayrshire Federation of Tenants & Residents.
The mission of the Loch Doon Association is to maintain the integrity of Loch Doon as a beautiful, natural environment - a place of peaceful enjoyment to its Visitors and a place that is a peaceful home to its Residents. Working with other stake holders, our aim is to support and promote well-considered, sensitive initiatives - initiatives that maintain the unspoilt nature of Loch Doon while balancing the twin needs for responsible Tourism and maintaining the quality of life for Residents.
